Shutterland!
Shutterland is a concept company that I designed an Identity package for… The company is a window treatments company, as would provide shutters and blinds, hurricane and storm windows, and other window treatments. Potentially not very exciting stuff from a design standpoint, but a valuable service nonetheless (especially for those living in stormier regions) and no less deserving of a competitive brand image. So the challenge was to create an identity that was striking, but also communicated the fundemental idea of what Shutterland was all about…
What better way than with color! I chose a pallette that captured light and air, common currency of those glassy portals to the great outdoors. Above is a vehicle treatment…
Paper System, bold but practical.
Logo and Business Card Design. I kept the lines in the logo-mark a little off kilter to create a softer, less sterile look.
