		<description>the trees are generally tall and skinny pines, magnolias, azaleas, live-oak.. ground cover is bramble and vine, pine-straw and drought tolerant grasses, the soil is sand or swamp or both. Last winter it snowed twice and never stuck, apparently it was the most it had snowed for years.. schools were closed off and on for a few weeks IN CASE of snow, which was pretty amusing..</description>
